Airport – The present Maharana Pratap Airport is already declared as International airport and new terminal building work has been completed. AAI also plans to extend the runway length to accommodate wide body aircrafts and increase the capacity of Aero bridges to 9, inviting more airline companies to Udaipur. |

Highways – Already connected with major highway, a 4 lane highway project of NH-76 is also under construction to connect Abu Road. |

Rail – Broad gauge work for Chittorgarh – Ajmer is under process and Udaipur- Ahmedabad project is being planned

Defence – The Para military organization, Border Security Force (BSF) is raising a Battalion in the region. The 5th Air Force base of India is also projected.
